I see resilience as having an awareness of feelings and being able to accept and be with
them, before trying to decipher them. Resilience is a courageous act that allows us to
embrace those feelings, acknowledging where it has been difficult and brought you closer to
truth, before moving forward.
Paula left the teaching profession to pursue a life less performance driven. She joined a couple of women’s groups that brought her closer to spirit, and did facilitator training with Attitudinal Healing International and has since then facilitated numerous groups.
Paula grew up in New Zealand and has lived the past 16 years in Australia. She now lives in the picturesque, tree cladded countryside of Taynuilt, near Oban, on the West Coast of Scotland, where she hopes to offer women’s circles and retreats in the comfort of her own home. In the New Year Paula will be offering Bed and Breakfast style accommodation for women in her country home.
